Our products

Particularly light, durable and corrosion-resistant, but also flexible and break-resistant. Products made of glass, carbon or basalt fibre-reinforced plastics can be used in many industries and are now economically viable. However, the demands on modern fibre composite technology are constantly increasing. CG TEC is part of this development and gladly takes up the challenge - with vision, know-how, innovation and comprehensive services.

Our high-tech materials are used, for example, in plant and mechanical engineering, in cable technology and in the leisure and sports world. The experts from Spalt accompany you from the idea through development to production and mechanical finishing. Our core competence here lies in the precise manufacture of round and flat profiles, plates, rods and other components.

Composite cable

Multilayer basalt tube is a new type of composite core that combines a high-performance basalt fiber, high-strength stainless steel tubing, a communication element with an optional polyamide, polyethylene or high-density polyethylene cover.

Composite milled parts

Experienced experts from CG TEC process all composite semi-finished products from our portfolio on a modern CNC milling machine using special tools. This procedure guarantees you the highest cutting and component quality.

Tubes & Shafts

We produce all CFRP/GFRP/BFRP tubes using prepreg winding technology. In this process, so-called prepregs (fabrics or scrims pre-impregnated with resin) are wrapped around metal mandrels in a special process.
 

Rods & Profiles

Our rods and profiles made of carbon, glass and basalt fiber-reinforced plastic are manufactured using pultrusion technology - i.e. extruded. The fiber volume ratio is between 55 and 70% - depending on the type of production. 

Telescope systems

Extendable tubes and rods offer enormous flexibility. They are made of innovative carbon, glass or basalt fibre-reinforced plastics or as hybrids. This means that a wide range of applications can be covered. 

plates

Our plates made of carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP), glass fibre reinforced plastic (GFRP) and basalt fibre reinforced plastic (BFRP) are manufactured using prepreg pressing technology. Prepregs are resin-impregnated fabrics or scrims.
