Our sheets made of carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CRP), glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) and basalt fibre reinforced plastic (BRP) are manufactured using prepreg press technology. Prepregs are resin impregnated fabric or rovings. The percentage of fibres is approx. 55%. Epoxy resin serves as a matrix. The surface of the sheets has the typical carbon textural structure.
From CG TEC you get sheets made of:

Dimensions
You receive our sheets in a standard size of 1100 x 700 and 3000 x 1500 mm as well as a thickness of 0.3 to 100 mm. Special sizes are cut to size on request. By feeding the sheets, you can obtain lengths of more than 4000 mm (with a slight offset of approx. 0.1 mm).
Processing
All sheets from CG TEC can be processed or machined further. Milling, drilling, sanding/grinding, cutting or painting – our experts can offer support even if you require individual refinement options.
